Tasks
- Conduct release assessments and upgrade planning
- Conduct technical screenings and onboarding training
- Create test plans and file bug reports with Engineering and QA
- Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews and account case reviews
- Develop training materials and troubleshooting guides
- Document case details in ticketing system
- Guide configurations and best practices implementation
- Manage support cases from initiation to resolution
- Perform root cause analysis for critical issues
- Provide technical assistance for complex security issues
- Replicate defects in lab and perform network simulation
- Travel to customer sites for critical issue resolution
- Troubleshoot network and security configurations
