Tasks
- Coordinate hardware and software issue repairs with suppliers
- Escalate difficult issues to level 3
- Install and configure applications
- Install and configure computer hardware
- Install and configure operating systems
- Log incidents and service requests in helpdesk
- Maintain system and data security
- Manage Azure subscription
- Manage Exchange Online SharePoint Microsoft Teams and OneDrive
- Manage Office 365 licensing
- Manage helpdesk tickets and prioritize
- Manage mobile device management with Intune
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues
- Provide Office 365 support
- Provide first point of contact for support tickets
- Support project teams with application rollouts
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve
