SOC 2 Senior Manager (CPA license) - India
Tasks
- Apply SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria
- Communicate engagement progress findings and recommendations
- Coordinate concurrent engagements
- Coordinate report review and issuance
- Develop engagement plans timelines and resource allocations
- Develop methodologies templates and best practices
- Ensure deliverables meet reporting standards
- Ensure deliverables quality and timely completion
- Ensure engagement documentation compliance
- Evaluate control design and operating effectiveness
- Guide SOC readiness remediation and control improvements
- Identify and escalate technical or compliance issues
- Improve engagement processes and tools
- Lead client walkthroughs status meetings and control discussions
- Manage SOC 2 examination engagements
- Manage and mentor team members
- Provide coaching and technical training
- Review SOC reports management assertions and documentation
- Review control testing procedures workpapers and documentation
- Review staff work and provide performance feedback
- Serve as day to day client engagement lead
- Support client presentations
- Support onboarding and development
- Support proposal preparation and scoping discussions
