Tasks
- Coach leaders and scrum masters on Agile practices
- Drive project change management processes
- Ensure project adherence to standard operating procedures and best practices
- Facilitate cross functional ceremonies for product releases
- Lead cross-functional teams using Agile and Hybrid methods
- Partner with stakeholders vendors and dependent teams
- Remove impediments to unblock project delivery
- Run increment planning and build release plans
- Support Agile transformation initiatives
- Support product owner and manage product backlog
