- Perform patching coordination and service checks
- Respond to incidents and diagnose root causes
- Support MFA, SSO, and conditional access
- Support Windows 11 endpoint troubleshooting
- Support Windows server environments
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID identity issues
- Troubleshoot authentication and access issues
- Troubleshoot patch deployment failures
- Troubleshoot routers switches firewalls and servers
- Update runbooks and shift handover reports
