Sr Analyst, Information Security_Monitoring
Tasks
- Adhere to SOPs SLAs and escalation protocols
- Analyze recurring issues and identify patterns
- Escalate incidents to L2 L3 with documentation and evidence
- Improve processes and update documentation
- Maintain logs of alerts actions and timelines
- Monitor IAM and network security tools for alerts anomalies incidents
- Participate in shift handovers for 24 7 coverage
- Perform alert triage validation prioritization
- Track update and manage incidents until closure
- Troubleshoot IAM and network issues using runbooks
