Sr. BizOps Engineer
Tasks
- Collaborate with global teams
- Create technical documentation
- Design and manage end-to-end solutions
- Execute on call rotation
- Implement application logging, monitoring, and alerting
- Investigate resolve patch and remediate vulnerabilities
- Maintain operational reports
- Manage IAM certificates and access controls
- Manage multiple projects
- Manage private cloud infrastructure components
- Participate in customer and regulatory audits
- Perform networking troubleshooting
- Perform security audits and disaster recovery exercises
- Plan install configure optimize and support technical solutions
- Support 247 hardware software and public cloud environments
- Support Azure public cloud services
- Support customer requirements prioritization
- Use APIs for monitoring and alerting
- Use ITSM tools for service management
- Use infrastructure as code
- Write basic scripts
