- Analyze monitoring data quality
- Collaborate with OT IT SOC and network teams
- Coordinate vendor support escalations
- Design OT IDS architectures
- Implement OT IDS rollout
- Implement new OT IDS features integrations and detection use cases
- Improve automation for deployment onboarding and monitoring
- Lead OT intrusion detection operations
- Maintain integrations with SIEM and ticketing tools
- Maintain operational runbooks
- Manage incident problem and change
- Monitor platform sensor health and availability
- Optimize OT IDS service delivery
- Perform patching upgrades and lifecycle maintenance
- Publish KPIs and operational dashboards
- Reduce false-positives
- Support work package delivery and sub project coordination
- Tune alerts and optimize detection logic
- Validate compatibility and manage end of life planning
