Tasks
- Collaborate with NOC SOC incident resolution
- Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning
- Configure IPS IDS URL filtering WildFire DNS security SSL decryption
- Design deploy maintain perimeter firewall infrastructure
- Ensure high availability and performance of perimeter security
- Lead firewall architecture configuration
- Lead firewall migration and upgrade projects
- Maintain documentation of architecture policies and procedures
- Manage Panorama for centralized firewall management
- Mentor junior engineers
- Monitor respond to security alerts and incidents
- Participate in security assessments and audits
- Review audit optimize firewall rules
- Serve as technical SME for perimeter security
- Support vulnerability remediation and compliance initiatives
- Troubleshoot network and firewall issues
