Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager – M365/Endpoint Security
Tasks
- Align operating models with ServiceNow workflows and lifecycle stability
- Benchmark capabilities against NIST CSF NIST SP 800 171 CIS Controls
- Build detection prevention and response integration with threat and response teams
- Build program operating model with KPIs and governance
- Coach engineering teams on security best practices
- Define multi tenant Microsoft 365 security roadmap
- Define policy and configuration guidance for Intune SCCM and Defender
- Define risk based metrics and executive reporting
- Design endpoint security reference architectures
- Drive automation and orchestration using PowerShell and Intune scripting
- Drive risk remediation campaigns at scale
- Establish security architecture guardrails
- Lead Zero Trust alignment for identity device and data
- Lead cross functional delivery with scope milestones funding and dependencies
- Oversee change management and production rollout standards
- Provide technical leadership for POCs and control design
- Support cyber investigations with telemetry completeness and control efficacy
- Use Microsoft Sentinel KQL analytics and playbooks for response automation
