- Administer Exchange Online mailboxes and groups
- Automate messaging provisioning auditing and reporting
- Configure and manage Defender for Office 365 policies
- Continuously improve messaging security posture
- Design and manage mail flow architecture
- Develop documentation operational standards and governance policies
- Document system changes incidents and configurations
- Maintain tenant allow block lists and advanced threat protection
- Mitigate risks from Copilot accessing sensitive email
- Secure email and calendar data for Copilot readiness
- Serve as Tier 3 escalation for messaging incidents
- Support Purview eDiscovery retention and legal hold
- Support messaging investigations and incident response
- Troubleshoot mail flow delivery and authentication issues
