Tasks
- Author Technical Support Bulletins
- Collaborate with Engineering to improve product operability
- Communicate technical issues to stakeholders
- Conduct fault isolation and root cause analysis
- Manage support cases from recording to resolution
- Participate in escalations and follow ups
- Perform weekly reviews for critical issues
- Provide configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices
- Provide technical support to customers
- Review technical content for knowledge base and troubleshooting guides
