Staff Technical Support Engineer (FortiSIEM)
Tasks
- Collect and analyze configuration deployment and logs
- Escalate issues to senior support engineers
- Investigate and document product and interoperability issues
- Manage support cases lifecycle
- Perform live troubleshooting on production environments
- Provide 24x7 on call support for P1 issues
- Reproduce customer environment using lab equipment
- Set and manage customer expectations
- Troubleshoot FortiSIEM customer issues
- Write knowledgebase articles
