System Administrator II
Tasks
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Intune endpoint management
- Administer virtualized and physical infrastructure
- Implement security best practices and least privilege access
- Maintain enterprise storage platforms
- Maintain technical documentation and system configurations
- Monitor system health availability performance and scheduled jobs
- Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours maintenance
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalation support
- Support Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Support automation with Group Policy and PowerShell
