Tasks
- Analyze and resolve server hardware and application integration issues
- Analyze escalated tickets and provide feedback
- Apply system administration interdependencies in SOA environments
- Assist users with access and issue resolution
- Communicate status updates and escalation details
- Install configure and maintain UNIX and Windows operating systems
- Maintain system integrity and configure network components
- Manage daily operations configuration and performance
- Monitor system performance and availability
- Optimize performance and resource utilization
- Perform capacity planning and analysis
- Provide help desk and escalation support
- Support dispatch systems and hardware issue resolution
- Support implementation of IT systems and infrastructure
- Support system design mission architecture and hardware solutions
