Tasks
- Analyze undefined customer issues and escalate to R and D with documentation
- Collaborate with product R and D and operations for issue resolution
- Collect logs run tests and replicate issues
- Create and update help documents and processes
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in ticketing system
- Identify and troubleshoot complex software and application issues
- Participate in on-call/shift rotation and provide after-hours support
- Resolve customer technical support requests via phone email and tickets
