Technical Support Engineer
Tasks
- Assist with customer interaction lifecycle support
- Coordinate with development and QA for issue resolution
- Manage customer service requests
- Monitor and analyze logs using Splunk
- Perform security focused troubleshooting
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and WebEx
- Support Qualys Cloud Agent and Qualys services
- Troubleshoot network and protocol issues
