- Advise customers on AI security governance and risk management
- Advise on AI usage policies and secure adoption
- Collaborate with product and engineering for field feedback
- Conduct AI security reviews for generative AI and LLMs
- Define track and report customer success metrics
- Deploy configure and optimize Cato environment
- Drive customer adoption of Cato AI Security capabilities
- Facilitate technical workshops and knowledge transfer
- Provide technical guidance for Cato AI Security implementations
- Resolve support cases as customer advocate
