Lead Engineer, Site Reliability Engineering
Tasks
- Automate proactive issue detection
- Build dashboards for troubleshooting
- Conduct disaster recovery exercises
- Create testing and validation plans for new environments
- Define SLIs and SLOs with development teams
- Design incident review and root cause analysis
- Develop scalability and capacity plans
- Enable self-healing capabilities
- Evaluate vendor upgrade roadmaps
- Implement observability and monitoring strategies
- Lead infrastructure health and performance monitoring
- Lead on call incident management as needed
