Tasks
- Assist field based security specialists and program stakeholders
- Collaborate with control room and field services teams
- Conduct strategic planning for GSOC growth
- Develop security services performance metrics and reports
- Ensure compliance with client expectations and policies
- Ensure staffing coverage per shift
- Lead and guide shift based team
- Maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Manage GSOC projects and process implementation
- Monitor and track key performance indicators
- Oversee policy development and maintenance
- Provide enterprise detection and coordinated response
- Stay current with control center security best practices
- Supervise implementation of new technologies and business processes
- Support threat intelligence using intelligence cycle
