Tasks
- Act as IAM integration technical point of contact
- Coordinate and report project planning and production activities
- Design and maintain RPA solutions for access control
- Develop IAM integration roadmaps with ServiceNow
- Develop design specifications admin guides and training materials
- Develop implement support IAM workflows and rules
- Gather requirements develop use cases
- Identify and implement delivery process improvements
- Lead testing piloting documentation monitoring and implementation planning
- Manage day to day project implementation activities
- Perform application administration upgrades security updates performance tuning monitoring
- Perform application onboarding with connectors
- Perform integration testing
- Research design and advocate IAM technologies and architectures
- Troubleshoot IAM platform issues
