Senior Privacy and AI Counsel
Tasks
- Hire develop and lead privacy and AI team as it grows
- Lead AI use case reviews for generative AI and agentic AI tools and product features set SLAs and escalate hard cases
- Lead privacy and AI incident response including investigation breach analysis regulator and individual notification and remediation
- Manage outside privacy and AI counsel relationships including scope budget and quality of work product
- Own BAA program end to end including standard templates fallback positions vendor risk integration and subcontractor flow downs
- Partner on privacy officer designation training and awareness and integration into broader compliance program
- Partner with product engineering operations and clinical teams on privacy and AI implications review PRDs design documents and model cards
- Prepare privacy and AI board package sections with general counsel
- Set regulatory change management strategy for federal and state privacy and AI law
