Security Operations Center Specialist
Tasks
- Coordinate incident response with internal teams
- Document incidents and maintain logs
- Execute incident management protocols
- Liaise with law enforcement during incidents
- Manage critical event management
- Manage service calls for security equipment
- Monitor CCTV systems
- Monitor access control systems
- Monitor alarm systems
- Participate in after action reviews
- Perform remote security audits
- Perform risk assessments
- Provide real time situational awareness
- Recommend security protocol improvements
- Respond to security incidents
- Run alarm testing
- Serve as first point of contact for physical security events
- Support business continuity processes
- Support emergency operations planning
- Support security equipment troubleshooting
- Update credentials
