Junior Cyber Incident Analyst - Notification Specialist
Tasks
- Analyze passive DNS data
- Conduct IP triage and ownership attribution
- Coordinate with analysis and detection teams
- Coordinate with external organizations and leadership
- Identify cyber incidents threats and vulnerabilities
- Map adversary behaviors to MITRE ATT&CK
- Monitor and catalog notification emails
- Monitor cyber threat sources
- Perform incident triage
- Perform quality assurance of notification tickets
- Provide cyber risk briefings and updates
- Submit tickets to clear triage backlog
- Support containment investigation and remediation
- Support incident response engagements and partner coordination
- Use WHOIS lookups and RIR databases
