Process & Technology Support Analyst
Tasks
- Apply predefined troubleshooting procedures
- Coordinate escalation with level 1 and level 2 teams
- Coordinate with team members and vendors
- Develop operational procedures and checklists
- Document solutions in knowledge base
- Escalate incidents with diagnostic reports
- Handle known integration issues
- Manage software license activation
- Monitor daily operations and performance metrics
- Monitor dashboards and flag anomalies
- Perform basic configuration changes
- Restart services and run predefined scripts
- Review system logs for common error patterns
- Roll out patches and software updates
- Set up new user workstations
- Verify patch installation success
