Systems Administrator Grad
Tasks
- Assist senior DBAs with SQL Server patching and upgrades
- Assist with routine maintenance tasks
- Follow SOP security policies and compliance guidelines
- Handle incidents and service requests using ticketing tools
- Maintain documentation and update runbooks
- Monitor SQL Server instances for availability and health
- Monitor and respond to SQL Server alerts
- Perform SQL Server health checks
- Perform initial issue analysis and escalate complex issues
- Support SQL Server backup and restore under guidance
- Support SQL Server database administration team daily
- Support user access requests
- Troubleshoot common SQL Server issues
