- Define security KPIs and track MTTR and vulnerability metrics
- Design secure AWS Azure and GCP architectures
- Evaluate procure and manage third party security tools
- Implement policy as code guardrails
- Lead incident response technical escalation
- Lead mentor and coach DevSecOps engineers
- Run blameless post mortems to improve systems
- Secure Kubernetes clusters and implement zero trust access
- Translate security requirements into product discovery
