Site Reliability Systems Engineer
Tasks
- Analyze HPIs and CPIs
- Collaborate with developers and identity and access teams
- Coordinate with system and application owners on platform designs
- Diagnose outages and recommend reliability improvements
- Examine events with event management
- Generate monitoring and observability recommendations
- Investigate issues across enterprise applications and technology stacks
- Perform triage and incident resolution
- Use system monitoring tools to improve reliability
