Manager, Managed Desktop Services
Tasks
- Coordinate virtualization storage and networking dependencies
- Develop service roadmaps standards runbooks and operational KPIs
- Document and maintain service processes and knowledge articles
- Ensure Windows and macOS images meet security and patch compliance
- Lead Tier 3 endpoint and VDI issue resolution
- Lead managed desktop services delivery
- Manage and mentor endpoint engineering and operations team
- Manage endpoint imaging and OS lifecycle management
- Monitor VDI health session behavior and resource utilization
- Operate Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environment
- Oversee application packaging and deployment for Windows and macOS
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Serve as final escalation point for complex issues
