Enterprise Operations Center Specialist - Mid
Tasks
- Analyze recurring incidents and operational trends
- Conduct root cause analysis support
- Coordinate corrective actions with infrastructure application and network teams
- Coordinate incident triage prioritization and escalation
- Develop and refine SOPs and runbooks
- Drive service restoration actions
- Escalate issues based on impact urgency
- Maintain incident records in ticketing systems
- Maintain operational visibility using dashboards
- Manage incident resolution and closure
- Monitor events alerts and performance deviations
- Perform enterprise monitoring
- Produce operational SLA performance reporting
- Support dashboarding and data integration
