- Administer Avaya VoIP infrastructure

- Administer Splunk SIEM for monitoring and threat detection
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routing and switching with VLANs OSPF BGP and QoS
- Coordinate telecom carrier provisioning and upgrades
- Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer
- Design and implement SD-WAN solutions
- Design enterprise network infrastructure
- Ensure PCI DSS compliance across network environments
- Evaluate network and security technologies for adoption
- Implement and configure routers switches firewalls load balancers wireless
- Implement network segmentation strategies
- Implement security improvements based on threat intelligence
- Maintain network documentation IPAM runbooks and standards
- Manage Cisco Meraki wireless access points switches and security appliances
- Manage VPN infrastructure for remote and site to site connectivity
- Monitor and respond to security incidents
- Own firewall rules and lifecycle management
- Participate in change management for network changes
- Perform network capacity planning
- Perform proactive network monitoring and incident response
- Serve as on-call escalation point
- Support cross functional teams for complex troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot voice quality issues using QoS
- Tune Splunk correlation rules dashboards alerts and reports
