- Attend scheduled service meetings
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Deliver NOCaaS operations end to end
- Engage customers in support situations
- Ensure 24/7 coverage
- Ensure SLA adherence
- Escalate issues efficiently
- Manage NOC daily workflow
- Monitor ticket queues
- Onboard train and develop NOC engineers and interns
- Plan shifts and allocate resources
- Resolve incidents promptly
- Supervise incident handling
- Track and report operational KPIs
