Tasks
- Collaborate cross functionally and drive continuous improvement
- Create runbooks and post implementation validation
- Develop and maintain automation tooling and documentation
- Escalate complex high risk problems
- Maintain security patching and vulnerability remediation
- Manage backup and recoverability including disaster recovery testing
- Monitor infrastructure performance and availability
- Perform infrastructure upgrades refreshes and migrations
- Provide day-to-day operational support
- Troubleshoot incidents and resolve issues
