Tasks
- Coordinate application security initiatives threat modeling and dependency vulnerability mitigation
- Define security OKRs and program metrics
- Drive reliability program for uptime and SLOs
- Educate product teams on secure development best practices
- Integrate solutions to improve security posture
- Lead and grow a global SRE team
- Lead security reviews and penetration tests
- Manage error budgets and SLO policies
- Own security program risk based prioritization
- Partner with Security Operations Center and Compliance on vulnerability management and threat modeling
- Reduce operational workload with automation
- Review backend architecture scalability and efficiency
- Run blameless post mortems
