- Align solutions with NIST AI RMF HITRUST and HIPAA
- Assess data privacy cybersecurity model integrity and explainability risk domains
- Build and manage risk management privacy and security programs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on AI architecture security and compliance
- Develop AI governance frameworks methodologies and tools
- Develop thought leadership through whitepapers webinars and industry events
- Drive consulting services revenue growth
- Establish accountability for team performance and financial goals
- Guide clients in implementing policies controls and oversight mechanisms
- Identify new business opportunities
- Identify regulatory developments and emerging AI risks and opportunities
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing services and platforms
- Lead development and delivery of consulting services
- Monitor evolving regulations and adapt service offerings
- Partner with security technical testing privacy compliance and other service lines
- Provide leadership coaching and career development for consultants and managers
- Set team goals performance expectations and professional development plans
