Tasks
- Conduct software upgrades and hardware refresh
- Coordinate proactive and reactive maintenance with change requests
- Create and maintain method of procedure documentation
- Execute proactive maintenance using change requests
- Handle trouble and problem tickets
- Implement firewall policy changes using planned change requests
- Maintain network elements on supported software versions
- Manage IP addressing and network diagrams
- Perform baseline and ad hoc configuration changes
- Perform daily health checks for network elements
- Provide 24x7 on call support for escalations and outages
- Recover incidents and troubleshoot network issues
- Update traffic flows and firewall policies
