Staff Technical Support Engineer, NGFW
Tasks
- Manage support cases to ensure timely resolution
- Perform fault isolation and root cause analysis
- Provide configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices
- Provide technical support to customers and partners
- Provide technical troubleshooting assistance in high pressure situations
- Publish technical support bulletins and knowledge base articles
- Review technical documentation for training and marketing materials
- Travel to customer sites for critical incident resolution
