- Deploy wide scale Windows upgrades
- Escalate complex incidents to next tier
- Investigate blue screen issues
- Investigate high CPU utilization issues
- Investigate reboot loop issues
- Maintain endpoint vulnerability awareness
- Monitor CISA alerts
- Monitor and troubleshoot endpoint update issues
- Monitor and troubleshoot software and driver issues
- Package software for deployment
- Patch endpoints using ManageEngine
- Provide Windows and Linux laptop support
- Resolve software compatibility issues
- Support end users on site and remote
- Test Windows feature and OS upgrades
- Troubleshoot YubiKey 2FA login issues
- Troubleshoot hardware failures
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Troubleshoot operating system errors
- Upgrade patch management and ticketing servers
- Use ticketing system for support requests
- Work with team to complete complex issues
