- Conduct malicious email simulation training and reporting
- Create and update email security models procedures and guidelines
- Design email security infrastructure
- Develop email detection policies and playbooks
- Handle on call incidents and issues
- Identify and respond to phishing spam and malware email attacks
- Implement email security solutions
- Operate and monitor email security solutions
- Research email security trends and apply improvements
- Respond to email and smishing incidents
- Set security policies for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Test deploy and monitor email security solutions
- Write incident reports and minimize damage
