Tasks
- Define and track KPIs KRIs and SLAs
- Deliver management reporting to stakeholders audit and regulators
- Drive continuous improvement via automation and tooling optimization
- Drive security analysis vulnerability management and threat analysis
- Ensure operational resilience and disaster recovery for security services
- Lead IAM operations and automation improvements
- Lead Security Operations function
- Manage 24x7 SOC monitoring and incident response
- Manage third party security vendors and managed service providers
- Oversee detection triage investigation and response
- Own incident response plans and playbooks
- Represent Security Operations in governance forums
- Serve as senior escalation point
- Support control assurance and risk assessments
