Data Center Security Operations Technician
Tasks
- Communicate operational risks and updates
- Coordinate with site teams and vendors
- Document incidents and corrective actions
- Escalate issues through defined workflows
- Maintain physical security system uptime
- Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Repair and replace physical security components
- Support day-to-day onsite security operations
- Support incident response and recovery
- Track and manage spare parts and materials
