SecOps & Governance Engineer

Tasks
- Assess AI system risks end to end
- Automate compliance checks and remediation
- Conduct vulnerability assessments
- Coordinate penetration testing and security audits
- Create AI model cards and compliance requirements
- Define and track AI model risk policies
- Design network security posture using WAF DDoS and TLS
- Develop AI governance playbooks and risk registers
- Embed security into CI CD pipelines with SAST DAST and scanning
- Enforce IAM and RBAC access controls
- Implement and manage CSPM tools
- Implement infrastructure as code security with Terraform or Pulumi or CloudFormation
- Implement policy as code with Open Policy Agent or HashiCorp Sentinel
- Integrate governance checkpoints into AI and ML lifecycle
- Maintain compliance dashboards and evidence
- Manage incident response workflows
- Manage secrets and encryption keys
- Monitor AI for bias explainability gaps and data drift
- Monitor security events in SIEM and SOAR
- Operationalize governance policies
- Perform risk assessments for changes and deployments
- Prepare executive security and compliance reports
- Provide security and governance guidance to product and engineering teams
- Secure cloud environments
