Principal Site Reliability Engineer
Tasks
- Apply infrastructure security best practices for PHI environments
- Automate runbooks and create self service operational workflows
- Build progressive delivery and canary deployment workflows
- Conduct operational readiness and reliability reviews
- Define SLOs SLIs error budgets and reliability KPIs
- Implement GitOps delivery guardrails with Argo CD
- Improve performance and cost efficiency across AWS services
- Lead incident response and improve incident command practices
- Mentor engineers through design reviews and documentation
- Perform capacity planning load testing and right sizing
- Produce high quality RCAs and track remediation
- Provision platform patterns with Crossplane and Terraform
- Set reliability strategy and standards
