Sr Specialist Cybersecurity - IAM Operations (ServiceNow)
Tasks
- Apply confidence thresholds and human in the loop controls
- Automate workflows with Flow Designer based on AI predictions
- Build dashboards for operational reporting
- Configure and operationalize ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence models
- Coordinate major incidents and service restoration
- Create and maintain operational runbooks SOPs and known error articles
- Leverage AIOps for incident triage and alert correlation
- Manage IAM operations for access request fulfillment
- Monitor instance health and execute smoke regression and rollback
- Monitor model performance KPIs and tune retraining cadence
- Operate ITIL incident problem change knowledge management
- Perform RCA and implement preventive fixes
- Support integrations and maintain REST SOAP SSO LDAP email stability
- Tune AI Search and support Virtual Agent and Now Assist
