Tasks
- Coach Security Analyst 1
- Conduct SIEM and SOAR investigations
- Coordinate and resolve customer concerns
- Identify telemetry gaps and configuration errors
- Perform alert triage
- Perform incident investigation and triage
- Provide escalation request analysis
- Support SOC operations
- Support incident handling processes
- Validate suspicious events
- Write incident reports and findings
