- Administer Informatica Cloud environments
- Align platform operations and releases with business priorities
- Apply ITIL incident problem change and release management
- Communicate release impacts risks and mitigation plans
- Coordinate disaster recovery and resilience planning
- Define and own release management processes
- Ensure security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure service level compliance
- Improve platform stability efficiency and automation
- Maintain platform configuration and patching
- Manage access controls and operational readiness
- Manage release calendars cutover and rollback
- Monitor platform health and mitigate operational risks
- Oversee supporting infrastructure components
- Plan coordinate and execute releases
- Serve as escalation point for issues
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
