- Automate joiner mover leaver lifecycle with HRMS
- Build identity governance capabilities for workforce identities
- Define birthright access approval workflows entitlement models and RBAC
- Define maintain IAM standards and integration patterns
- Define separation of duties controls
- Design SailPoint workflows rules roles policies and provisioning integrations
- Design implement enhance enterprise IAM architecture
- Develop access management procedures
- Ensure IAM security scalability and alignment
- Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory and Azure AD
- Integrate SailPoint with LDAP databases and cloud platforms
- Onboard enterprise applications into SailPoint
- Reconcile accounts entitlements and access data
