Tasks
- Administer Panorama for centralized management
- Conduct firmware upgrades
- Configure device groups and templates in Panorama
- Coordinate escalations with TAC
- Deploy hotfixes
- Handle log collection and forwarding profiles
- Lead L2 L3 support for firewall infrastructure
- Manage firewall security policies
- Manage incident, problem, and change activities
- Manage log collectors in Panorama
- Mentor junior engineers
- Monitor firewall health and traffic logs
- Perform RCA and maintain operational documentation
- Perform proactive remediation using threat dashboards
- Prepare operational dashboards and client status reports
- Review configuration changes and operations
- Test HA failover with minimal downtime
- Troubleshoot NAT rules
- Troubleshoot routing zones and VPN configurations
