Tasks
- Architect firewall rules
- Define secure configuration baseline standards
- Design and enforce network segmentation
- Develop and report security program KPIs and metrics
- Develop infrastructure and endpoint security strategy
- Develop zero trust network access policies
- Drive design build run govern security model
- Enforce cloud shared responsibility controls
- Enforce disk encryption and endpoint hardening
- Ensure compliance with NIST CSF ISO 27001 SOX HIPAA and GDPR
- Ensure hybrid cloud and multi cloud security
- Implement endpoint detection and response
- Implement network device onboarding policy enforcement
- Implement zoning VLANs and ACLs
- Integrate logging telemetry into SIEM
- Lead mentor and develop cybersecurity team
- Manage mobile device management
- Manage third party security vendors and MSSPs
- Oversee secure email and web filtering controls
- Secure DNS DHCP NAC and wireless access
- Standardize security telemetry collection
