Director – Platform Engineering
Tasks
- Balance feature delivery with platform resilience
- Conduct stakeholder communication with executive updates and decision papers
- Embed privacy access control and regulatory requirements by design
- Ensure scalability availability performance security reliability and maintainability
- Guide design reviews security approvals and data controls
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams
- Manage release cadence technical debt and stability
- Oversee product onboarding for internal and external use cases
- Own platform architecture strategy and delivery
- Partner with product data science cyber security architecture cloud and infrastructure teams
- Serve as primary engineering point of contact
